At CUIDADO, we use all state of the art machines like Washer, Extractor, Dryers, PERC machines for doing laundry and dry clean. We use eco-friendly chemicals and soft water so that your clothes look fresh and new even after several wash.

Damaged Laundry

We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately there are limitations to what we can do. For example, we don’t have time to check your pockets to see if you have left anything in them. Therefore, we can’t be held responsible if something left in your laundry (like lipstick, chewing gum, or a pen) causes any damage. Similarly, if you call and tell us that you left your favourite bracelet, or anything else, in your pocket, we can’t guarantee that we will find or return it.

Lost Laundry

We carefully track your clothes. We will be providing challan for number of clothes to the customer, however these numbers and any damage will again be checked at our processing plant and customers will be intimated against any discrepancies within 24 hours of pick up.  After this, in case of any loss or damage to the clothes due to us we will be liable to pay 5 times of the bill amount of that particular clothe/s.

If you do believe you are missing something from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothes — we are much more likely to find misplaced laundry if it is reported early.

Dry Cleaning Terms:

CUIDADO Laundry will inventory all dry cleaning items once they arrive at the facility to be cleaned. We will be providing challan for number of clothes to the customer, however these numbers and any damage will again be checked at our processing plant and customers will be intimated against any discrepancies within 24 hours of pick up.  After this, in case of any loss or damage to the clothes due to us we will be liable to pay 10 times of the bill amount (up to Rs 5000) of that particular clothe/s.
