  • Cuidado is not responsible for any loss or damage to any valuable or breakable item when the service provider is in your premises. Advise you to keep such items in a safe and secure place and supervise the service provider during service.
  • Cuidado will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician but not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.

You can pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and net banking. You can also select Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment option.

Minimum visiting charges includes the inspection by technician who will diagnose the problem and will recommend the resolution. On inspection, our team will give you estimated time and charges for repair and service work. And you can decide whether you want us to go ahead with the service or not. However, the minimum charges will be applicable on a visit.
